Handmade Urban Cruisers

Each skateboard is hand-crafted in the Old Fourth Ward (O4W) neighborhood of Atlanta, GA out of wood from forest-free trees that came down in the area. Decks come in many shapes and sizes, all fit for cruising the city, commuting to your favorite local spot, or just enjoying the ride. Lightboards designs accentuate the wood grain rather than hiding it under layers of paint and mass-produced prints. Check out our current selection.

Sustainable Employment and Life Skills

Light illuminates, brightens, warms, guides, and reveals. It brings color, growth, vision, reflection, and radiance. The goal of Lightboards is to shine light in Atlanta by investing in the lives of young men who live in the city: to help guide their paths, reveal their talents and abilities, and aid in their growth. Lightboards does this by building high-quality, hand-crafted, community driven & ridden skateboards...together. Currently, Lightboards has 1 official employee, TJ.
