A Saturday Outside the Shop
Since the beginning of 2016, Jeremy Davis (the dude in the green LB hat) has been volunteering his time on Saturday mornings to help provide mentorship in the Lightboards shop. Jeremy is a steadfast and compassionate follower of Jesus, a graduate student and personal trainer at Georgia State University, and a man worth celebrating. His birthday coincided with TJ's six month mark of Lightboards employment, so we took the day off from making skateboards to enjoy a sit-down breakfast, ball at the park, and an impromptu trip over to the Chattahoochee River where TJ and a friend skipped rocks and waded in the water for the first time. Jeremy also schooled us in a friendly game of throw-'em-up-bust-'em-up. It was a great day for all of us. Thank you for your support, which allows us to do what we do.
